I'm a 23 year old FFB (former fat boy). I'm a grad student at the Univ. of Phoenix. I was married on June 1st, 2007 by a wonderful supportive woman.
I have always been the fat kid so now I've changed that. I started at 305. I lost 80 pounds and was at 225 after I was sick. From Jan 07 to Apr 07, I put on 25 pounds. I then started to lose weight again, but started doing it the right way. I am now 235 and leaner than I was at 225. I'm going to see how close I can get to a 6 pack, but eventually I'll start trying to put on some muscle. Then lean out again.

Six-Pack would be awesome, I've never had one of those. So we'll see. (my photo is me at 305lbs. when i get a good pic of me now at my current weight, i'll post it)

Keep at it.
Im weally curious, in the forum you said you knew it was normal to lose 1lb a week... Was that at the beginning? Did the process accelerate after awhile when you got more used to exercising (- as in keep increaseing the intensity and with more accurate forms I suppose)? During which period of time during that one year did you lose weight the most?
Like say, how was the first month? Was there a dramatic change in your weight? Or that happens later on?
Im very curious because Im working hard and the progress doesn't seem to be going as expected, I always thought if I started from doing nothing to doing everything I'd lose a big bunch, but yeah it's been 1.5 months and there doesn't seem to be much improvement... It makes me wonder if there is anything wrong with my techniques, or my body.
So PLEASE Nathan if you could, PLEASE reply my questions Im on the edge of giving up...
Thanx eh =D
(PS: in the pic id never guess you were 305, id guess about 225, so you must look fantastic now!)
way to go
